WHAT TIME DO YOU SET-UP LAWN CANDY?

Delivery time will be between 7PM and 11PM on the date prior to your event. Exact time will be determined by Lawn Candy.

HOW DO I PAY? 

Square or PayPal.

Lawn Candy must be paid in full when ordered.

DO WE GET TO KEEP THE SIGNS? 

No, it is a one-day rental.

HOW DO I CHOOSE DESIGN & LETTER PLACEMENT?
Our staff will choose accent pieces and letters based on the information provided by YOU! We do our best to choose items reflecting the interests/hobbies/colors listed on the order form. Specific accents and placement of individual letters are at the discretion of Lawn Candy's staff members. Once placed, repositioning or removal of letters is prohibited.

WHAT IF NEED TO CANCEL?
A Cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE/THEFT?
Yes, A fee of $15/piece will be charged to the original client for damaged or stolen letters or accent pieces.

Do water your yard before we arrive.

Do turn your sprinkler system off.

Do make sure an adult in the home knows we are going to be in the yard.

DON’T!

Don't let dogs or kids touch signs.

Don't move signs.

Don't mow the grass while signs are in the yard.

Don't attach balloons, streamers or anything to the signs.
